The reincarnated No Hoop Prototype is back by popular demand and is now called "The Bar Rack" since it's a simple bar that holds lights. It's low and cool and made with the same .25" thick plate and 11 gauge aluminum material, black powder coating and held in place with the same two tamper proof bolts as all my other racks. It's pretty sweet.
